Sharla Burgess Coaching

My Story

I am an only child turned mom of 5!  The overwhelming struggle of being a mom and juggling work along with a neurodivergent spouse, brought me to a breaking point.  My hair was falling out, recurring infections plagued me and I lived in a mental fog.  I thought I could visit the nutritionist, get a quick fix and be on my merry way.  I like quick fixes you know! With my busy schedule I didn't think I had time to slow down.

My ah-ha moment came one day when my sweet nutritionist (who happened to be a therapist), told me she thought my issues were stress. What a moment!

 

I love helping my clients achieve lasting peace in the chaos of life.  The essence of my work is to facilitate inner peace and family organization by helping you identify the core challenges and mental setbacks in your busy life.
